ROSIM Systems SimKit is a Discrete Event Simulator used to optimise the design and operation of a wide range of systems in industry and commerce: for example, production lines and call centres. The basis of simulation using SimKit is a model, built on screen by placing symbols representing system components and interconnecting them. The user supplies system parameters associated with each component. The model is then run, generating behavioural data. The action of the model can be observed on-sceen with in-context animations and data monitors.
