This guest book is an adaptation of Request info and save it to a file script, but in this case the number input fields has been reduced to the needs in a guest book, and the access to the information provided by users is not password protected. This is also a copy and paste script, so in most cases, you will only need to copy the code in the tables bellow to get it working in your server.

Jason's Guestbook is a Unix compatible script that allows visitors to leave a little information and a comment about themselves and logs each new entry at the top. You have the option to receive an e-mail with every new addition to your guestbook. Also, the script will eliminate any fields that are not filled in by the visitor. However, the visitor must fill in their name and a comment, the others are optional. Also, I have made several graphics that accompany this script. This script is wrritten in Perl(CGI).
